Location
This exclusive by the One&Only group is located directly on “The Palm, Jumeirah” – a breathtaking artificial archipelago influenced by oriental and Andalusian style with picturesque gardens, fountains and pools. Rooms
The 90 rooms and suites are all furnished with Moorish and Andalusian style elements. The rooms are housed in the three-story manor house which is the center of the resort. Further, the resort offers six detached Palm Beach Mansions located directly at the beach. Each Palm Beach Mansion is subdivided into eight to ten rooms or suites. The four private Beach Villas are a very special highlight. The rooms and suites are equipped with a large bathroom with a free-standing bathtub, a separate rain shower, hairdryers, bathrobes and slippers, LCD TV sets, air-conditioning, telephones, safe, internet access, minibar and balcony or garden terrace.

Gastronomy
When it comes to being pampered with culinary delights, guests have a selection of three different restaurants. Delicious specialties from the Orient and Middle East as well as international cuisine guarantee high-class dining. The “101” and the affiliated bars and lounges with daybeds invite guests to relax in a stylish ambience. The restaurants are managed by starred chef Yannick Alléno.

Sports and Wellness
The 850 m² swimming pool is bordered with oversized daybeds, air-conditioned cabanas and countless palm trees. The 450-meter private sandy beach offers a lot of space for relaxing in a calm atmosphere. Fitness center including the latest gym machines by Technogym, kinesis, a tennis court as well as diverse water sports, including water skiing, kayaking, hobie cats and wind surfing. On an area of 1200 m², the “One&Only Private Spa” is the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Privacy is guaranteed in the eight treatment rooms with private bathrooms and in the couple treatment suite with a private hammam and rasul. A private spa pool, the “Bastien Gonzales Mani:Pedi:Cure Studio” and a beauty parlor round out the prime offerings.
Miscellaneous
Guests can take the free water taxi to the “One&Only Royal Mirage” and use the hotel’s facilities. The resort also has a private yacht harbor.

Visual and noise nuisances are possible until Dubai, The Palm is completely constructed.
When swimming in the sea at Palm Jumeirah, we generally recommend wearing sandals or bathing shoes.
Dubai is hosting the annual powerboat race at Jumeirah Beach from December 12th to 15th! During this spectacle, the beaches will remain open, but guests should expect acoustic disruptions during the race.
